The 11th China International Animation Copyright Fair will be held between August 16 and 19 in the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center in Dongguan.

The fair is an annual national exhibit featuring themed exhibitions, forums, conferences and public activities in a bid to enhance awareness of intellectual property right (IPR) protection, as well as to promote the development of animation industry and the communication between insiders both in China and abroad.

Domestic and overseas exhibitors, including those from the United States, France, Japan as well as intellectual property agencies like MediaLink will attend the fair and present animation images, such as the popular Raving Rabbits from France and Gintama from Japan.

An exhibition themed on the development of Chinese animation is scheduled to be held in the fair, as this year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. It will show visitors the development of animation through representative works of distinguished animators in China.

Original works from Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) are to be exhibited. Super Wings, Armor Hero and other popular cartoon characters by cultural corporations, such as the Guangdong Alpha Animation and Culture Co., Ltd., will be screened and believed to add appeal to the fair.

Other themed exhibitions include animation images created by domestic and overseas cartoon makers and animation derivative products, which might provide you a good choice for souvenirs. 

Visitors can also have fun with digital technologies, as virtual reality (VR) and holographic interaction machines will be offered on the fair.

The World Pen Spinning Alliance League 2019 (an international competitive race for pen spinning), Cosplay, fan carnivals and other entertainment activities, may add more joy to the fair. Besides, Kings Enterprise League (KEL), a non-professional e-sports tournament for Arena of Valor, will come to Dongguan for the first time, bringing exciting electric games to visitors.
