The press conference on the city's fight against COVID-19 was held in Dongguan on June 22.

According to the press conference on the epidemic control held in Dongguan this afternoon, Dongguan launched citywide nucleic acid testing on Monday, as of 24:00 on June 21, over 11.1 million samples of residents were collected in this round of mass nucleic acid testing, all of which tested negative for COVID-19. On June 22, a total of 17,400 people's samples were collected and the test results are not released yet.

This round of testing covered 29 towns and districts in Dongguan, with a total of 2,076 sampling sites set up, 8,482 sampling groups were organized with 23,825 medical staff. Humen, Chang'an, Dalingshan and Machong, which had carried out testing from June 19 to 20, were excluded this time. More than 2.33 million samples were collected in these four towns, and the test results were all negative.
