3 Dongguan-Shenzhen Expressway and Changping-Humen Expressway

The Dongguan-Shenzhen Expressway and Changping-Humen Expressway will be expanded from the existing 6 lanes to 10 lanes in both directions. Some sections with larger traffic volume will be further expanded to 12 lanes. In the future, Changping-Humen Expressway will be directly connected to Shiziyang Channel.

4 Dongguan-Panyu Expressway

The construction of Dongguan-Panyu Expressway, a highway that Dongguan people often take, is divided into three phases. The project has been in the last phase and is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic within this year. The phase III project starts from the Conghua-Dongguan Expressway in the east and connects with the Dongguan-Shenzhen Expressway in the west, going through Hengli Town, Changping Town, Dalang Town, Dongkeng Town, Songshan Lake and Liaobu Town, with a length of about 18.1 kilometers.
