To promote the healthy development of foreign enterprises in Dongguan and enhance the business environment, the First People's Court of Dongguan and the Dongguan City Association of Enterprise with Foreign Investment have jointly established the Foreign Invested Enterprise Judicial Service Station ("FIE Judicial Service Station").

The inauguration event on July 11 saw representatives from over 60 foreign enterprises in attendance. This is the first judicial service station in Guangdong dedicated to serving foreign and foreign-invested enterprises.

The FIE Judicial Service Station aims to provide comprehensive legal services, including industry warnings, legal consultations, compliance operations, and rights protection. It will focus on four primary goals: aiding business operations, ensuring compliance, fostering mutual communication, and achieving shared success. Services will include regular legal salons to explain the latest regulations, legal health check-ups to guide lawful development, and on-site visits to understand and address legal issues faced by enterprises.

Deputy Head of the Civil Fourth Division at Dongguan First People's Court, Zhu Lisi (朱丽斯), highlighted that the court will periodically visit member enterprises to understand their legal needs and provide tailored legal health check-ups. This initiative aims to identify and mitigate legal risks in cross-border trade, investment, and financing, thereby supporting the long-term, compliant development of foreign enterprises.

Jiang Tao (江涛), a member of the adjudication committee of the Dongguan First People's Court, stated that the FIE Judicial Service Station is an innovative step towards enhancing Dongguan's legal environment for foreign-related affairs and supporting high-quality economic and social development. This initiative aims to create a more stable and fair business environment, contributing to the Greater Bay Area's development and high-level openness.
