Many people choose to visit parks during holidays, but now you can choose to visit the upgraded Dongguan Botanical Garden during this Spring Festival.
 
According to staff, the upgrades have cost approximately 150 million RMB with 12 plant gardens. It includes a World Famous Plants Garden, Kids Garden, Aromatic Garden, Orchid Garden, Herbs Garden, Aquilaria Garden, Lithophyte Garden, Litchi Garden, Camellia Garden, Lingnan Arboretum and Nursery Garden. The World Famous Plants Garden, Aromatic Garden and Kids Garden are the core with collections of more than 6,000 plant species. The infrastructure of the newly built gardens are essentially completed and Dongguan Botanical Garden is speeding up the planting of nursery stock so that people can enjoy the beauty of plants as soon as possible.
