In Xincun Kindergarten of Wanjiang District, several 5 and 6 year old children sing Cantonese opera under Tang's guidance. In Machong Central Primary School, Tang teaches her skills to students in a Cantonese opera special interest class. Tang has also taken the students to stages and shows the charm of public opera. To promote the heritage of, and to continue teaching, Cantonese opera, Tang travels across Machongong, Liaobu, Shilong, Wanjiang, Guancheng and other urban areas of Dongguan. Her students range from three-year-old children to seniors in their sixties and seventies.
