As Huawei Developer Conference 2026 is set to take place in Songshan Lake from June 12 to 14, another lively event will also bring fresh energy to the area. The Songshan Lake Developer Carnival will be held from June 11 to 14 at Uland Cultural and Artistic District. One of the highlights will be the "Chocolate & Coffee Market", Dongguan's first specialty chocolate and specialty coffee market.
The market will bring together boutique coffee and chocolate brands from China and abroad. Visitors will be able to taste specialty coffee, creative coffee drinks and fine chocolate, while exploring the rich flavors of coffee beans and cacao beans.
This will also be Dongguan's first market with a dedicated specialty chocolate section. Many well-known brands will make their Dongguan debut, including Shanghai's hard-to-get Nibbo, Guangzhou's award-winning deeper deeper, Foshan's il, Shenzhen brands NOMAD and SANYAY, as well as BUONO, COCOA JET, Qingcui Cacao, Shubo Cacao, Haikou-based CACAOWITCH and Thailand's CHAROENDEE CHOCOLATE. Dongguan's own KILOS and Slurp, both known for their specialty coffee and cacao offerings, will also join the market.
The coffee section will bring visitors a taste of popular roasters from different regions, including Malaysia's champion team One Half Roastery, Tokyo brands Ignis coffee and LIWEI COFFEE, as well as brands from Beijing, Chongqing, Taiwan and the Greater Bay Area. A food market will also be available, offering desserts and light bites for visitors to recharge between activities.
