Due to the changing global trade and economic situation, lots of Dongguan firms get stuck by information that is not evenly shared and confusing procedures when they want to expand into overseas markets. To solve the problem, the service hall of Dongguan Enterprises Going Global Service Center will open in Nancheng District by the end of September. Designed as a one-stop hub, the hall will allow companies to access a wide range of overseas expansion services under one roof.

The center brings together government and business resources at home and abroad, and builds a comprehensive service system for companies going global. Construction has been speeding up this year as 100 professional service providers have signed on, service hubs in Hong Kong and six overseas liaison stations have established. The online platform has been available since July 28 with round‑the‑clock AI consultation support.

So far, nearly 1,500 overseas market updates have been posted. Almost 10,000 users have signed up, with over 80,000 page views. Nineteen offline training sessions have been held for nearly 4,000 participants. Twenty-five local firms received one‑on‑one support while the center has helped resolve several international trade disputes. The offline hall plans 10 service counters, now with seven available to cover commercial certification, intellectual property, cross‑border finance and more.

Nancheng District builds a Greater Bay Area cross‑border e‑commerce zone on its 154,000 square-meter property. With offline service system, online business consulting, face‑to‑face communication and domestic and overseas service channel, the Dongguan Enterprises Going Global Service Center provides all‑round support for Dongguan companies stepping into global markets.
