The Low-Altitude Economy Comprehensive Service Center (Dongguan) officially commenced operations on September 26, becoming the first in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). This marks a new milestone for Dongguan's low-altitude development.

At R&A PARK in Nancheng, the center aims to become a benchmark demonstration project for the low-altitude economy. Leveraging the platform of Dongguan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Association and a mature low-altitude operations system, it develops diverse scenarios, including a science education and experiential learning, family leisure activities, aviation sports events, senior drone community leagues, and a vocational night school, empowering urban core business districts in China.

Hu Shanying, head of the center, said, "This is the first platform in China to use a 'low-altitude economy comprehensive service center' as a carrier for inclusive public services. We will use this center to provide comprehensive services to citizens citywide and to build a benchmark for low-altitude economy application scenarios in the GBA."

Resident Chen Kun's child is already learning drones at the center. He shared, "For ordinary parents, we no longer need to travel to other cities. We can enjoy high-quality, cutting-edge courses right at our doorstep. That's something we really appreciate."
