On the morning of September 28, two major projects, the Guangdong SOAI Smart Manufacturing Project and the Guangdong APAL Smart Cooling Project, broke ground simultaneously, with a combined investment of 550 million yuan. Focusing respectively on smart esports hardware and liquid-cooling systems for computing infrastructure, the projects will support Huangjiang’s integration into the development of Dongguan’s Longfeng New Area and give fresh impetus to the town’s high-quality growth.

The Guangdong SOAI Smart Manufacturing Project, with a total investment of 300 million yuan, focuses on the R&D and production of computer peripherals, including keyboards, mice, headsets and speakers. Once completed, it will strengthen the company’s end-to-end capabilities, from R&D and manufacturing to customer service, while setting a new benchmark for high-performance computer peripherals.

The Guangdong APAL Smart Cooling Project, with a total investment of 250 million yuan, focuses on high-performance liquid-cooling modules and intelligent temperature-control systems. The project will include production lines for liquid-cooling equipment, a pilot-testing laboratory and supporting manufacturing facilities. It aims to establish a smart manufacturing base for liquid-cooling equipment used in AI data centers, with integrated capabilities spanning R&D, pilot testing and mass production.
