The 140th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, opened in Guangzhou on October 15, drawing buyers from all over the world. As a major foreign trade hub, Dongguan has expanded the scale of its presence at the fair while improving the quality of its exhibits, showcasing its comprehensive manufacturing ecosystem and latest innovations to global buyers.

A total of 502 Dongguan companies are taking part in the 140th Canton Fair, 17 more than at the previous fair and a record high for the city. These companies span key sectors including smart manufacturing, new energy and consumer electronics. Through the Canton Fair, many Dongguan companies are turning their technological and manufacturing expertise into a competitive advantage on the global stage.

Meanwhile, Dongguan enterprises, including Dongguan Kitchen Steward Home Appliance, Guangdong Liwang New Energy, Dongguan CE LINK, Dongguan Thousand Perfection Melamine Ware, and Dongguan Ruifengyuan Packaging Mfg., brought a wide range of new products designed to meet the needs of international buyers, featuring environmentally friendly design, intelligent functions and customization. Many company executives said that face-to-face discussions helped them gain direct insights into consumer preferences across different markets and better align their products with market demand.
