WeChat users can now post up to 20 photos at once to their Moments wall, an increase over the previous nine. 

WeChat will use the 20 photos to automatically generate a slideshow, templates, and music for users to choose from. 

In addition, new red packets have been added, allowing users to send digital red packets that include blessings and animations. 

The monetary value of the red packets can be randomly selected by the app, with auspicious amounts such as 8.88 yuan. 

The new upgrade is available via Apple's app store. An Android update has not yet been made available.
