A: In order to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia and ensure the health and security of you and others, according to the notification of Dongguan Municipal Government Affairs Data Administration Bureau, Visa Center of Dongguan Municipal Public Security Bureau hereafter will not be open until further notice. During this period, our Division will set up an emergency counter which can receive Chinese or foreign applicants with relevant materials who need to exit & enter China under emergency circumstances.
