Comment: Ferdinand is a typical Hollywood style animation movie, happy and hilarious. The movie is revised from a Spanish story published in 1936. This tough-looking yet warm-and-soft-hearted Spanish bull gained popularity from American writer Munro Leaf. Ferdinand is a bit clumsy yet super cute, dislikes bullfighting but adores flowers a lot. His actions are quite funny, but warm and touching. The movie does not emphasize bullfighting but focuses on the point that one should live a life his or her own way while treating the world gently. The movie is produced by Blue Sky Studio, who produced Ice Age and Rio.
