Violinist Ruben Aharonian and cellist Vladimir Balshin both come from the Borodin String Quartet. The famous Borodin String Quartet is strongly associated with Russian work pieces, with the quartet continuously promoting, performing, and recording a great deal of Russian musical work. They are undisputed Russian Masters who well interpret Russian musical work.

The other member of the trio is pianist Andrey Pisarev. He once was the great talent in the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Music and is now the Director and Professor of the Piano Department. His gorgeous play is always dextrous, delicate and delivers a supreme imaginary performance with crisp sound and radiant changes of tones akin to colourful paints on canvas.

Although the Borodin String Quartet and Andrey Pisarev have been on show many times, the piano trio is a new cooperation. To feel the Russia-styled solitude, wander, desperation, and struggle is an unforgettable experience.

Russian music and artists are highly valued because of their solitary characters and spirit. This March, let us all interpret their presentation on human dignity. If even under the worst conditions, we can still find the ultimate spiritual freedom.
