The exhibition showcases outstanding works painted by Mongolian artist Cerenpil Modegema during her exchange visit in Shenzhen. Many new themes arose from her feelings of the southern cities, which differ from northern styles.

Born in 1984, Cerenpil Modegema studied oil painting and printmaking at the Mongolian University of Culture and Arts. After graduating, she taught at an art school. In 2017, she came to the Central Academy of Fine Arts in China to study painting. Her oil paintings use warm tones to bring vitality to the characters and animals on the grassland, and cool tones to reflect the selflessness and fairness of nature. The strong contrast of colours makes her paintings seem full of vitality. There is not only the expression of concrete artistic language, but also as a misty dream like Chagall's works. The exhibition organizer hopes that the audience may experience the richness and openness of her painting language and the collision between northern and southern styles.
