From 00:00-18:00 on September 19, Dongguan reported 1 asymptomatic case who was identified during the period of centralized quarantine. Detailed information is as follows:
Asymptomatic case: Male, 43, living in Hetian Community, Houjie Town. On September 12, and from September 15-17, his nucleic acid test results were all negative.
The case was a close contact of positive cases reported earlier by other cities and tested positive during the period of centralized quarantine. On September 13, he took the train Z136 from other provinces and arrived in Guangzhou on September 15. After that, he took an online hailing car (license plate number: Yue ADE2313) to his residence in Houjie Town in the early morning of September 16 and was put under control in the afternoon of that day. The case was transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and medical observation in a closed-loop procedure, and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic case after further examination and expert consultation.
The traced close contacts and sub-close contacts have been under management as required. The residence community of the positive case has been under controlled, and environmental nucleic acid sampling and terminal disinfection have been carried out in all venues involved.
To eliminate the risk of the spread of the epidemic, citizens who have taken the train Z136 on September 13, and the online car-hailing vehicle (license plate number: Yue ADE2313) since September 16, or have been to the following places during the following periods, please take the initiative to report immediately to the community, employers or hotel where you live, and cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work.
