According to the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)" and "Guangdong emergency disposal plan for local outbreak (Fifth Edition)", given the current epidemic prevention and control work in Dongcheng District, starting from October 4, 2022, the epidemic risk level in several areas have been adjusted as follows:

1. High-risk areas

the shops and trading areas in the enclosed area of Xiaqiao Community Fruit Market Yinzhu Street - Lvhua Road - Xiaqiao Fruit Street - Yinfeng Street - Wanxinjia Shopping Plaza in Dongcheng District;

No. 11, 13, 15, 17, Yinling Street, Xiaqiao Community; No. 40, 41, Potou Lane.

High-risk area implement closed-off management, residents should stay at home, and the community will provide door-to-door services. When no new local cases are reported in the area for 7 consecutive days, and on the 7th day, all residents in the risk area test negative, the area can be adjusted to a medium-risk area. When there are no new infections for another 3 consecutive days, the area can be adjusted to a low-risk area. All business places in the areas have been temporarily closed.

2. Medium-risk area

the enclosed area of Guanlong Road - Dongbin Building - Wanxinjia Shopping Plaza - Yinzhu Street - Yinping Road - Mingxing Lane - Yinfeng Street - Yucai Street - Qiaoyuan Road - Yonghong Fruit Market, Xiaqiao Community (except for the high-risk areas);

the enclosed area of Yinling Street - Yinzhu Road - the east area of Jinqiao Fishery Market - No. 21-48, Potou Lane, Xiaqiao Community (except for the high-risk area)

Medium-risk area implement controlled management. Residents should stay in the community and pick things at different times. When no new local cases are reported in the area for 7 consecutive days, and on the 7th day, all residents in the risk area test negative, the area can be adjusted to a low-risk area. All business places in the areas have been temporarily closed. Except for those who provide the basic necessities, the rest of the business places in these areas have been temporarily closed.

3. Low-risk area

South to Guanlong Road, Xiaqiao Community (except the above medium and high-risk areas);

North to Guanlong Road, Xiaqiao Community (except the above medium and high-risk areas);

Residents in low-risk areas should strengthen personal protection and avoid gatherings, please wear a mask, take temperature checks and scan the venue code. Residents are suggested not to leave the area unless necessary. People should have 2 nucleic acid test negative certificates within 48 hours(with an interval of at least 24 hours) and green code when leaving.

Restaurants in the low-risk areas are required to stop providing dine-in service. Enclosed cultural, sports and entertainment venues will suspend services; all educational training institutions, including child care centers will suspend offline training services; supermarkets and farmers' markets are required to strengthen ventilation, and limit the flow; non-cash payments are recommended. All places should strictly implement prevention and control measures such as venues code scanning and temperature measurement.

These adjustments shall come into effect once it is issued, and will be adjusted on a dynamic basis following the developments of prevention and control.

The district will do the best to guarantee living and medical services, ensure that the supply of life necessities in the risk areas is sufficient and the price is stable. The medical needs of special groups such as pregnant women, elderly people living alone andpeople with chronic illness will be guaranteed.
