Citizens in need of medical treatment can receive online consultation through the "发热门诊 (fever clinic)" of Internet hospitals. For those who are diagnosed with COVID-19, doctors will provide corresponding consultation, issue prescriptions and give treatment online according to the patient's condition. Qualified pharmacies in both hospital or community will deliver drugs without contact through logistics.

The 16 online COVID-19 fever clinics are Dongguan People's Hospital, Dongguan TCM Hospital, Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, Dongguan Songshan Lake Central Hospital, Dongguan Binhaiwan Central Hospital, Dongguan Eighth People's Hospital, Dongguan Eastern Central Hospital, Houjie Hospital, Chashan Hospital, Dalang Hospital, Gaobu Hospital, Liaobu Hospital, Wanjiang Hospital, Dongguan Tungwah Hospital, Dongguan Kanghua Hospital, Dongguan Taixin Hospital.

How to do ?

1. Search "东莞市人民医院(Dongguan People's Hospital)" Mini Program at the top of WeChat, and access the hospital's online fever clinic platform through its WeChat official account, then choose adult or child fever clinic according to the actual condition.

2. Take "成人发热门诊(Adult Fever Clinic)" as an example, after entering, the page will show the symptoms for Covid-19 fever, and then click the bottom button "进入咨询 (Enter for consultation)" , and then choose a doctor for medical advice.

3. Select "互联网诊疗(Inquiry online)" on the doctor's homepage, and follow the instructions to fill in the information and pay the fee.

Reminder: In a severe case, please go to the hospital in time. As the doctors are busy with their daily work, they could only provide internet diagnosis after work, please be patient for the doctor's reply. if there is no reply for more than 48 hours, the consultation fee will be refunded.
