On December 22, 2022 Dongguan high-level Talent Week and Talent Carnival (hereinafter referred to as "2022 Talent Week and Talent Carnival") was formally opened in Dongguan Yingbin Hotel. A series of heart-stirring themed activities will be successively launched.

2022 Talent Week and Talent Carnival, with the theme of "Talents gather in Dongguan to forge ahead in the new era", aims to thoroughly implement the strategy of strengthening the city with talents in the new era, extensively attract high-end professionals and all kinds of talents at home and abroad to live and start businesses in Dongguan with the greatest sincerity. It is to make Dongguan one of the most attractive cities for talents in the Greater Bay Area, and to provide talent support for the high-quality development of the city.

At the opening ceremony, Dongguan New-generation of Information Technology Outstanding Engineer Innovation Research Institute, one of the first four national outstanding engineer innovation research institute, was unveiled. Under the witness of the attendees, the 2022 Talent Week and Talent Carnival was officially launched.

2022 Talent Week and Talent Carnival is a high-level talent theme activity held in Dongguan for eight consecutive years. This year, the length of the activity has been extended to a month, and the range has been expanded to 19 towns and districts from the previous 4-5  towns and districts. What’s more, the number of events has been increased to 32 with five characteristic theme chapters.

In the evening, hundreds of drones blazed across the sky of Dongguan, showing the strong atmosphere of "respect talent, love talent and cherish talent" in the city. This is the deepest love confession: talents, welcome to Dongguan! Let’s achieve each other's glorious time in Dongguan!
