Can I modify my registration details?

Yes, participants can make one modification during the registration period through the "Xempower赛事助手" mini-program. For project errors, contact the organizing committee via email (dgmls520@163.com) for refunds and re-registration.

What if I am injured or unable to participate?

- Injuries: After November 24, 2024, if someone who is unable to participate due to health reasons, they can submit medical proof via email (dgmls520@163.com) for a refund request.

- Personal Reasons: Refunds are available before November 24, 2024. After this date, refunds will not be issued.

Will Fun Run participants receive a finisher's package and medal?

Fun Run participants will receive a commemorative medal, but no finisher's package.

When will the lottery results be announced?

Lottery results will be announced in late November 2024.

Refund policy for non-selected participants

Unsuccessful applicants will have their fees refunded within five working days after the lottery results are announced.

How to register minors for the Fun Run?

Participants aged 5-16 must be accompanied by a guardian who is also registered for the Fun Run. Guardians must first complete their registration before registering minors.
