On February 12, Dongguan Digital Group announced the successful deployment of DeepSeek, a leading Chinese artificial intelligence (AI) model, at the Dongguan Artificial Intelligence Large Model Center. This initiative, guided by relevant authorities, marks a significant milestone in Dongguan's commitment to integrating AI into its industrial framework.

The Large Model Center is set to commence operations soon, offering high-quality services to users. Its primary objective is to enhance efficiency across various sectors in Dongguan, making AI technology more accessible and practical for diverse applications.

Developed and operated by Dongguan Digital Group, the center boasts a robust infrastructure, including 100 petaflops of domestically produced intelligent computing power, three foundational large models, and two specialized models tailored for the manufacturing industry. These resources are designed to serve both local enterprises and public service management, providing public computing power and facilitating a wide range of large model applications.

As China's first city-level large model center dedicated to the manufacturing sector, the Dongguan Artificial Intelligence Large Model Center leverages Huawei's solid software and hardware foundation. It offers AI intelligent computing services and application models to enterprises citywide, empowering traditional industries and manufacturing businesses to transform and upgrade, thereby boosting production efficiency.
