Dongguan's beloved heritage district, Dongguan Sign, is opening a new chapter. Phase II of the project will officially welcome the public on December 29, bringing back the warmth, everyday charm, and cultural character of the city's historic core.

Located around Daxi Road and the restored Shanzhou River section, the new phase covers roughly 10,500 square meters. Following the principle of "restoring the old as it was," craftsmen have carefully preserved traditional façades and street textures while revitalizing the area with thoughtful, human-centered design.

Phase II blends old shops with new businesses, keeping original residents, long-standing stalls, and authentic street-life scenes at the heart of the district. Visitors can expect a lively mix of traditional flavors, creative retail, cultural experiences, and community-friendly spaces. It is to create a place where generations meet and where old and new coexist naturally, offering new activities, new lifestyles, and new ways to experience Dongguan's story.
