This foundation supports major industry-specific exhibitions such as the International Famous Furniture Fair and the Songshan Lake Smart Tech Procurement Fair, both of which attract global buyers and drive large-scale trade. The furniture fair alone draws over 1,000 exhibitors annually and exceeds RMB 30 billion in intended deals.

At the town level, Dongguan's "One Town, One Exhibition" model, seen in events like the Chang'an Machinery & Mould Fair and the China (Dalang) Woolen Knitwear Fair, helps SMEs secure orders, technology, and partnerships.

Continuous government support, professional venues, digital upgrades, and integration with tourism and urban branding all reinforce the city's leadership.
