The 4th Guangdong‑Hong Kong‑Macao Greater Bay Area High‑Quality Talent Development Conference will be held at Songshan Lake Campus of Great Bay University, Dongguan, on October 25 and 26, 2026. 

Jointly launched by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in 2023, the conference has since rotated among Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao, drawingover a million participants in total, both online and offline. It has become an important platform for global talent to explore opportunities and build connections in the Greater Bay Area.

This year's conference will be held alongside the 3rd Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Doctoral and Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. The combined conference-and-competition format will identify promising talent and projects, support the commercialization of research outcomes, and connect outstanding teams with local industries.

The event will feature panel discussions, themed exhibitions, business matchmaking sessions, and a talent carnival. Participants will be able to hear from leading experts and take part in targeted meetings with potential employers and industry partners. The conference will offer young professionals an opportunity to experience the vitality of Greater Bay Area cities, explore new career possibilities and feel at home in Dongguan.
