Disinfect the meeting room and soak tea sets in boiling water after a meeting.
In the dining room
Eat separately rather than together.
Separate uncooked food from cooked food, eat cooked food and maintain a nutritionally balanced diet.
Do not eat together.
Disinfect the dining room once a day; disinfect the tables and chairs after use and heat-sanitize the tableware.
Keep the operation room clean and dry. Do not use uncooked and cooked food containers together.
Do not eat uncooked food, but have a nutritionally balanced diet and take non-fatty, palatable food.
Public spaces
Clean and disinfect a public space every day
Try to disinfect the entrance hall, stairway, meeting room and toilet every day in the manner of spraying disinfection.
Separate different types of cleaning tools from one another. Do not mix these tools.
Business visits
Wear a mask
Before entering the office building, take your temperature, and please tell whether you have had any contact with people from Hubei and been suffering from symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath. Enter the building for public business only if you don’t have the above experience or symptoms and your body temperature is below 37.2°.
Support crew
Wear a mask and keep a safe distance from others.
Service personnel, security personnel and cleaning personnel must wear a mask in the workplace.
Foodstuff purchasers or suppliers must wear a mask and disposable rubber gloves so as not to touch raw food, including meat and poultry. Wash hands after taking the gloves off.
Cleaning personnel must wear disposable rubber gloves in the workplace and wash hands for disinfection after work.
Security personnel must wear a mask in the workplace and carefully ask about and record visitors’ conditions; report any abnormal case in time.
Clean a telephone with 75% alcohol 2-4 times a day.
Wash hands before and after passing a paper document and wear a mask when circulating a file for perusal.
Put rejected masks in a trash bin and disinfect every trash bin with 75% alcohol or chlorine disinfectant every day.
