If applicants choose to use EMS or China Worldwide Express Mail Service to post application materials, and the cost will be borne by the Administrative Service Hall of Dongguan Citizen Service Center. If other courier companies are used, the mailer will bear the cost. After the application is approved, the Administration Hall of Dongguan Citizens Service Center will deliver the result to the applicant through EMS, and the postage will also be borne by the Administration Hall of Dongguan Citizens Service Center.

A: In order to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia and ensure the health and security of you and others, according to the notification of Dongguan Municipal Government Affairs Data Administration Bureau, Visa Center of Dongguan Municipal Public Security Bureau hereafter will not be open until further notice.
