On December 31, 2020, Dongguan Center for Disease Control and Prevention released an announcement stating that from that day on, eligible residents in Dongguan who will travel abroad for work or personal reasons can receive a COVID-19 vaccine for free at seven community health centers in the city.

1. Requirements for those who can receive the vaccine for now.

①18 to 59 years old

②With Dongguan hukou (household registration)

③International students, and people going abroad for business or private reasons

2. What should one prepare for the COVID-19 vaccine?

①ID card or hukou booklet.

②Original and a photocopy of relevant certification documents to prove that the recipients are going abroad for work (private) purposes or students studying overseas.

③Download the "Yue Miao" APP (a vaccination service mobile platform for Guangdong users).

④Inform the medical staff of all health conditions before receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.

⑤Sign an informed consent form before vaccination.

⑥After vaccination, stay at the vaccination site for 30 minutes for observation, and then leave if there's no side effects;

⑦Report personal health conditions through the "Yue Miao" APP for seven consecutive days starting the day they receive the shot.

3. Where can one get the COVID-19 vaccine?

Eligible citizens can go to the following seven community health centers to get the COVID-19 vaccine. In order to avoid being unable to vaccinate due to lack of stock, it is suggested to call the vaccination site to make a reservation in advance before going there for the vaccination.
