"Young people have to, firstly, commit to: open up, talk about struggles and dreams, seek support. This way, we become strong together, opening important dialogues, thinking together."

"We have the skills to go through the pandemic and also to make us go through social distancing. So, in this moment of anxiety, with technology, we can help to spread knowledge, the truth, moments of happiness and creativity to win this battle. If you ask what you can do for a better future, you should know that you are building the future through tasks that may seem very simple. We know that young people are capable of identifying and sharing trusted news content, teach older generations to stay connected as well, use social media as a power tool that can provide not only entertainment but share health announcements and informative articles."

"Youth already have new roles and more responsibilities. A lot of families depend on younger family members to assist with tasks like going out to purchase groceries and essential supplies. Young people should work with diverse partners, assist public health organizations, work with governments to keep everyone safe and take measures that will support the fight against the pandemic."
